The pitch \ Crowdsourced parcel delivery company Passel will make it possible for people to deliver online purchases on their way home, in return for store vouchers.

The story so far \ In 20 years working in freight, Marshall Hughes noticed a growing need for fast and safe package delivery. He decided to create a platform where people, or “passers”, could pick up and deliver other people’s online shopping. Julian Kelabora recently joined the business, and the pair will launch the platform in September.

Why we should win \ “There’s a lot of good things around Passel – the community connection, and there’s an environmental aspect,” Marshall says.
