Before The World’s 50 Best Restaurants Awards next week, a live event called #50BestTalks is taking place at Margaret Court Arena on Monday April 3.

Grant Achatz (Alinea, Chicago), Daniel Humm and Will Guidara (Eleven Madison Park, New York), Gaggan Anand (Gaggan, Bangkok) and Jordi Roca (El Celler de Ca Roca, Spain) will talk trends, challenges and rewards.

In a world’s first public screening of the event A picnic-themed Federation Square will play host to an evening of entertainment featuring comedians, musicians and dinner provided by some of the city’s best food trucks, as the count down of the awards are live-streamed on the big screen.
