The vibe

Classy but comfortable. The bayside setting brings an air of sophistication that is matched by the service.

The decor

Relaunched earlier this year with an interior renovation by renowned designer, Wendy Bergman, the restaurant has a sleek decor.

The crowd

What you’d expect from a Middle Brighton establishment with exquisite views of Port Phillip Bay – well-mannered, well-dressed and well-to-do.

The food

Dining this close to the water comes with lofty seafood expectations, and The Baths delivers in spades. A miso-marinated salmon dish delights the senses but don’t be limited to the seafood. The pork belly is all kinds of salty and sweet, while a cheese cart (yes, a whole cart), is a wonderful way to finish the night.

The verdict

Views to make your heart sing, cuisine that has your tastebuds joining in the chorus.
