All hot chocolate flavours are served with an extra shot of milk, dark or white couverture and include a giant handcrafted marshmallow to finish off the dessert drink in style.
Serious hot chocolate lovers can enrol in tasting sessions every day of the festival. The ticket gives you a chance to try eight different hot chocolate flavours and learn the art of hot chocolate making in a 45 minute session – but make sure you book to avoid disappointment.
