You know how they say you always drop your winter weight in summer? No more stews and mashed potato and carb-laden comfort foods, as once the warm weather comes you switch to salads and it all just falls off.

I’m already stressed about next year. Have printed out the school holiday dates and put them onto a calendar. Have mapped out all my projects, highlighted key dates and got a bit of a schedule together.

My god,is it December already? And can we all stop saying that already? We all know this year’s just flown, and this is what I’ve discovered in its wake.
